DOMESTIC shipping

ART WORKS are dispatch via either a Private Art courier service or DHL.
Online tracking and Insurance is offered as standard. 

INTERNATIONAL shipping

ART WORKS are dispatched via a specialist art courier service.
Large scale pieces may require a bespoke art crate thus additional shipping charges will be incurred, please request a quote prior to purchase.
Delivery generally takes between 3-7 days but please be advised this could be longer due to your country's location, public holidays and customs handling procedures.

LOST OR DAMAGED packages

I cannot be held responsible for either the loss or damage of shipments. All art purchases are dispatched with online tracking and insurance. In the rare instance of a parcel being lost or damaged please contact within 30 days of shipment so I can file an insurance claim for reinbursement.

Shipments that are uncollected and subsequently returned back to Anita Meades Art will require the repayment of shipping costs ( at the responsibility of the buyer) if the item is to be resent.
 
CUSTOMS AND FEES

I cannot and will not be held responsible for additional custom fees or taxes charged upon delivery. Please  ensure you are fully aware of your own country's custom and handling legislation prior to purchase.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

I do not except exchanges or refunds on original art works purchased. Outward/Inward shipping costs are also non refundable. Please ensure you read the product description carefully, especially the art DIMENSIONS. Any queries or questions should be raised prior to purchase. Once art work is dispatched the sale is final.
