Tile 001 is inspired by the ‘Textile Block’ houses of the 1920s and the ceramic tiles of the pioneering architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
 
A striking overlay of vertical and horizontal lines that create a body of subtle texture through pattern placement.

Hand woven in natural organic merino wool and cormo silk.

A contemporary presentation of traditional weaving techniques that allow for a sculptured finish, an exploration of  textural changes, where the casting of light creates a gentle play of mood through shadow.

To be finished in a bespoke floating natural oak frame (unless otherwise discussed) with rear hanger attached.
